The project: to support the modest developer/builder/architectural designer to understand his new market in this exclusive urban suburb and target his building to the needs of the discerning buyer of the area, to maximise his returns.

My role involved the external architecture theming and finishes along with the full interior design and space planning influencing the overall external structure and design to the interior fitout and detailed specifications and detailing for the 3-level apartment building complex, while taking responsibility for the strategic positioning of the development, project cost analysis, and procurement — literally leaving no stone unturned. Such was the detail that the project sold down off the plans in the early construction phase of the project, achieving returns unimagined in the developers original project analysis.
