This centrally located Auckland apartment required a major makeover for the mature gentleman owner wanting to enhance the value of his asset while making his home environment more functional, easy to live in and well-appointed to suit his active casual lifestyle. The brief was to incorporate elements from his past and marry these with his appreciation of modern technologies, art and interior styling. The goal was to future-proof the apartment interior by giving due consideration to accessibility attributes from circulation space to hygiene fittings, visual digital displays and intuitive appliance functionality enabling the owner to enjoy his independence.
