PROJECT TYPE Residential LOCATION Orewa, Auckland

There were no holds barred in this high quality, large scale renovation of an existing group builder home on the upper slopes of Orewa — reconfiguring the layout to open up the living spaces and connecting them to the outdoors, creating privacy to the master bedroom wing, new bathrooms with improved privacy and connection to adjacent utility areas. This building project reused the concrete slab, roof and a few internal walls only, from there it was all new from the highest quality double glazed aluminium joinery to the new lightweight concrete cladding system and natural plaster finish. 

Overall this project was a total modernisation with the latest data and electrical systems and energy efficient specifications based on Green Building Best Practice principles. (Project photos to come).
