A tired large centrally located apartment in need of a make over, and changing lifestyles were the catalyst for this major renovation. The goal was to create a modest timeless, comfortable home with all the latest conveniences.
Improved connection and flow between spaces — maximising the natural light into the main living and kitchen work areas and improved focus on the north-facing views. Creating a cooks kitchen connected to the living space transformed the experience when entertaining guests — new bathroom layouts to maximise functionality, increased storage with a total upgrade of the electrical supply and systems for the best performance out of today’s smart appliances was part of an overall modernisation of the entire apartment.
